GLOBAL - Michael Pralle has resigned as chief operating officer at real estate opportunity fund manager JER Partners after joining 18 months ago.
Pralle (pictured), the former president of GE Real Estate, resigned two weeks ago and his departure follows that of a number of key staff, including former president of European operations Malcolm Le May in February.
Angus Dodd, responsible for acquisitions in the UK and Germany, has recently left the company to join Lone Star Management Europe, while fellow directors James Bury and Marc de Chassey both left the Virginia-based company in January.
JER refused to comment on the circumstances surrounding Pralle's resignation, but said it would be looking for a replacement.
In the meantime, Joe Roberts, chairman and founder of JER, will assume the role.
