GLOBAL - CBRE, Green Rating Alliance, Rockwood Real Estate Advisors, Cushman & Wakefield, Cordea Savills

CBRE - The global real estate company has established a new debt Advisory team in Ireland to provide expert real estate advice to domestic banks. Andrew Tallon has been made associate director and will work from both the London and Dublin offices. Tallon previously spent five years at Anglo Irish Bank working in the commercial lending division with a focus on the real estate sector.
 
Green Rating Alliance - Pieter Hendrikse, chief executive at CBRE Global Investors EMEA, has been elected chairman of the Green Rating Alliance for the year 2012, succeeding Pierre Vaquier, chief executive at AXA Real Estate. Sander Paul van Tongeren, senior sustainability specialist at APG Asset Management, has been confirmed as Green Rating Alliance programme manager, facilitating member activity development.

Rockwood Real Estate Advisors - Greg McManus has been named chief operating officer, replacing the firm's founder John Magee. Magee has moved on to serve as executive vice president for CW Financial Services, the parent company of Rockwood, where he will support chief executive Charles Spetka and the CW executive committee on a variety of strategic initiatives. McManus has been serving as managing director and head of Rockwood's capital markets group since joining the company last year.

Cushman & Wakefield - Alex Ray has joined as a managing director in the capital markets team. Ray was previously a managing director at Rockwood Real Estate Advisors. Based in New York, he will advise international investors on real estate investments in the US.

Cordea Savills - Lorna Mackie as been appointed head of the Luxembourg office and will report to chief operating officer Bill Hackney. Mackie joins from Goodman Europe, where she was responsible for the corporate administration of real estate vehicles.
