GLOBAL - Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, European Property Federation, Cordea Savills, Aberdeen Asset Management, Deutsche Postbank, Colliers International, Investment Property Forum

Kohlberg Kravis Roberts - Alternative assets specialist KKR has hired Ralph Rosenberg as a managing director to lead its global real estate investment business. Rosenberg previously spent 17 years at Goldman Sachs, where he was a partner between 1998 and 2006, before leaving to set up R6 Capital Management.

European Property Federation - The EPF's managing committee has nominated Aart Hordijk as chairman of the EPF Energy & Environment Committee. Hordijk is managing director of the Real Estate Council of the Netherlands (ROZ), professor of real estate at Tilburg University and member of the EPF managing committee.

Cordea Savills - Alexandra McGhee has joined as head of fund finance for the UK, with overall responsibility for the financial control and reporting on funds administered from London, Stockholm and Luxembourg. In her new role, McGhee will report to chief financial officer Richard James. She previously worked at Protego Real Estate Investors as business development director.

Aberdeen Asset Management - Christiaan van Beek has been appointed senior property investment specialist and will be based in Aberdeen's Singapore headquarters. He joins CBRE-Real Estate Finance Asia in Hong Kong. Van Beek will promote Aberdeen's European direct property strategies into Asia, as well as develop an Asian investor base for the local team's indirect business.

Deutsche Postbank - Nicole Lux has left Rockspring Property Investment Managers, where she was deputy head of research, to take up the role of senior risk manager at Deutsche Postbank.

Colliers International - Omar Sattar has been appointed managing director of the Czech office, effective from April 2011. Current managing director Karel Stransky is taking the newly created post of international director of CEE industrial agency.

Investment Property Forum - The IPF has appointed Pam Craddock as its research director. Craddock, who joins from 1 March, is a chartered surveyor with more than 25 years' experience in real estate.  Her background is primarily in fund management and commercial property finance.  She was previously at GE Capital Real Estate, where she established their debt asset management team.
