Aerium is said to have acquired Bürohaus Bockenheimer Warte (BBW), an office asset in the Westend district of Frankfurt, Germany, from Aurec Real Estate Europe for €140m.

The details of the transaction, including the name of the asset, the seller and the price, were released without authorisation. Aerium has said the details are incorrect. 

According to BBW’s website, the building has 7,440sqm of space.

It is fully let to German financial services companies KfW and DeutscheWertpapierServiceBank.
