Andy Gulliford, former Segro chief operating officer, has joined Salmon Property, a UK developer, asset manager and investor in commercial property.
Following a 19-year career at the FTSE 100 company, Gulliford has joined Salmon Property as a consultant to assist the senior management team in expanding the business. He will help with wider strategy, customer and stakeholder relationships and new business opportunities.

More broadly, his wider business experience will help us shape the company for continued success.'
Salmon Property has been growing its industrial business significantly over recent years, having most recently commenced on site with a £45m industrial development site in Southampton with Royal London Asset Management.

Gulliford will work closely with Stoodley and chief operating officer, Anthony Harper, on the next stage of the developer and investor’s growth.
