Tim Stoffelen, a real estate professional based in Utrecht, has set up New Wave Real Estate Netherlands.
The founder said New Wave was an advisory and asset management firm that represented the ‘new generation’ in Dutch logistics and industrial real estate.
Stoffelen spent nearly four years as business development manager within the Netherlands division of logistics developer, Panattoni, where he was focussed on requirements of industrial and logistics customers.
He left the company on 1 May.
