Deal of the Year - call for entries

These new awards are designed to recognise and honour outstanding achievement in the professional real estate asset management and advisory sectors over the decade from 2006 to 2016 as well as over the coming year. You are invited to nominate your deals and we welcome submissions from across the industry.

Greater transparency
Both the Deal of the Decade and the Deal of the Year Awards programmes are part of PropertyEU’s ongoing work to create greater transparency in European real estate. Candidates submitted for the two awards programmes will be included in our editorial coverage and deal database.

Celebrating achievements
Nominations for both the Deal of the Decade and the Deal of the Year should be:

- Innovative and effective in terms of the actual transaction or investment structure
- Transformational for the buyer or seller
- A game changer for the broader European real estate industry
- Both acquisitions and disposals are eligible.

The following types of deals are eligible: direct investment transactions, share deals, club deals, joint ventures and other corporate structures
single asset and portfolio transactions; single country or multiple countries; all real estate asset classes

Submissions are invited from 
- All commercial real estate professionals, all participating entities including investors, developers, landlords, brokers, advisers, lawyers, architects etc.
- All countries in Europe Russia and Turkey included for the following segments:
- Residential / Office / Retail / Hotel / Logistics&industrial

For the Deal of the Year: Healthcare and other segments

Advisory Board
Nominations will be screened by the PropertyEU editorial team, voted on by the readers and submitted to a special advisory board. The advisory board will be drawn from various disciplines in the European real estate industry including brokers, researchers, consultants, listed and non-listed investment managers and institutional investors.
