The Tritax London Logistics Fund (TLLF) has raised £400m (€478m) in new equity, lifting its total value past £1bn as it advances towards a £1.5bn target by 2028.

The Tritax-managed vehicle, which holds a 22-asset portfolio across Greater London, said it expects to secure a further £150m in equity over the next 12 months.

TLLF’s latest fundraise attracted international institutional capital from Australia, Switzerland, Japan, Singapore, the US and the Netherlands, bringing total international participation in the fund to 70%.

Nick Ireland, fund manager for Tritax London Logistics Fund, said: “Reaching £1bn is a milestone moment for TLLF, achieved alongside returns above the sector benchmark over the three-year period ended 30 June 2026. The successful equity raise reflects support for the fund’s disciplined strategy, high-quality portfolio and proactive approach to asset management.

“We are pleased to build on this progress as we seek to scale the fund through a further equity raise targeted at international institutional investors attracted by the London industrial and logistics market.”
