Teacher Retirement System (TRS) of Texas has added Cerberus Capital Management, CSF Asset Management Vehicle and BRE LP to its real estate manager lineup.
The pension said it approved commitments of $150m (€137.1m) to the Cerberus Multi Listing Exit Fund and $54.5m to CSF’s Core Atlanta Northside Fund, targeting core and value-add US assets, respectively.
TRS of Texas also committed SEK1.1bn (€94.8m) to BRE LP’s Waterloo Property Partners to target value-add real estate investments in Europe.
The pension fund has also expanded its infrastructure portfolio with a £50m (€59.7m) commitment to the GIP Polaris Fund, a European value-add fund managed by Global Infrastructure Partners.
