Primevest Capital Partners is acquiring a residential building in the southeast of the Netherlands from Sphinx Zuid, a joint venture between 3W and RO Groep.

Primevest said it bought the asset, which is under construction at Dokter Frans Foquetstraat in Maastricht, for a separate account.

The completed asset will consist of 5 floors with 92 apartments, 25 parking spaces in the underground garage, a bicycle shed, a south-sided common roof terrace and a garden.

Financial details were undisclosed.

Primevest acquired its first Maastricht residential asset in 2018.
