StepStone Real Estate – Jennifer Jones has been appointed partner to lead the launch of S-Core, a new global core and core-plus investment platform. Jones joins from UBS, where she spent nearly 20 years, most recently as senior portfolio manager for its global core-plus vehicle and head of real estate partnerships and investments. Based in San Francisco, she will oversee S-Core’s global mandate, which will initially be structured as a series of separate accounts focusing on secondaries, co-investments, and tactical operating company investments.
BioMed Realty – The Blackstone-owned life science real estate specialist has promoted Allyn Aguirre, Andrew Laing and Kevin Tremblay to senior vice president. Aguirre, who joined the firm in 2011, becomes chief accounting officer with oversight of accounting, treasury and financial reporting. Laing, with the company since 2012, has been named SVP of asset management. Tremblay has been appointed SVP of leasing for West Coast markets, expanding his previous California-focused remit to include Seattle and Boulder. In his new role, Tremblay will lead leasing activities across a 9m sqft operating portfolio.
Infranode — Tomi Yli-Kyyny, Hillevi Priscar and Thomas Röckert have been appointed as senior advisors. Yli-Kyyny joins as senior advisor in Finland to strengthen engagement with Finnish institutional investors; he previously served as CEO of Fennia Group, Caruna, and Vapo (now Neova). Priscar, a 20-year veteran of the renewable energy sector, was most recently Sweden country manager at developer OX2 and previously held senior roles at Vattenfall. Röckert, founder and CEO of advisory firm MTSE, joins with 30 years of experience in strategy and revenue management, including six years as an industrial advisor to Nordic Capital. The appointments are intended to support Infranode’s active ownership model and long-term value creation across its Nordic infrastructure portfolio.
Ørsted — Simon Ashley has been appointed chief HR officer and member of the group executive team, effective 1 August 2026. Ashley joins the offshore wind leader following an 18-year career at BP, where he most recently served as senior vice president of people and culture for the gas and low carbon energy, supply, trading and shipping, and enabling functions divisions. He succeeds Henriette Fenger Ellekrog, who is stepping down to conclude her executive career and focus on non-executive directorships. Fenger Ellekrog, who joined Ørsted in 2019, will depart on 1 June 2026. During the transition period between June and August, Benny Jakobsen, currently head of global HR business partnering, legal and employee relations, will serve as interim chief HR officer.
SC Capital Partners — Yazan Masri has been appointed managing director of investments for the Middle East. Based in Abu Dhabi, Masri will lead the firm’s investment origination, execution, and business development activities across the region. He joins with 20 years of real estate private equity experience, most recently serving as head of real estate at Abu Dhabi Capital Group. His career also includes senior investment roles at Al Mal Capital PSC, Al Futtaim Group Real Estate, and Al Rajhi Holding, with expertise spanning REIT formation, acquisitions, and structured transactions.
JLL — John Callaghan has joined the firm as senior director of capital coverage for Asia-Pacific, based in Hong Kong. Callaghan is tasked with enhancing capital solutions for cross-border investors, with a specific focus on Hong Kong-based institutions, wealth managers and family offices. His remit includes managing investor relations and portfolio strategies across key markets, including Australia and Korea. He will work alongside Kate Low in Singapore and the offshore distribution team to bolster JLL’s regional capital markets infrastructure.
Brighter Super — Damien Webb has been appointed chief investment officer, effective April 2026, following an international search. Webb joins the A$37bn Queensland-based fund from Aware Super, where he most recently served as deputy CIO and led the firm’s UK operations, including the opening of its London office in 2023. Webb’s 30-year career includes senior roles at ING Investment Management and Perpetual Investments, with a focus on multi-asset portfolios and direct investment across infrastructure, property, and credit. He succeeds Mark Rider, who stepped down in December. David O’Donnell, who has been serving as interim CIO, will transition to the role of deputy CIO upon Webb’s arrival.
L&G — Tim Morris and Philipp Westermann have been appointed global co-heads of real assets within L&G’s asset management division. The appointments follow L&G’s acquisition of a 75% stake in Proprium Capital Partners, where Morris and Westermann served as co-managing partners. Under the new leadership structure, Morris will take primary responsibility for L&G’s global real assets proposition, while Westermann will oversee the continued growth and alignment of the Proprium business. Both will report to Eric Adler, CEO of asset management. Morris and Westermann, who previously led Morgan Stanley’s real estate platform before founding Proprium in 2013, will focus on expanding infrastructure and real estate strategies across Asia, Europe, and the US.
Lichfields – The planning and development consultancy has promoted Sophie White, Cem Kosaner and Grant Swan to senior director. White leads the firm’s Bristol office, overseeing a team active across the South West on residential developments and public-sector advisory for Bristol City Council. Kosaner, based in Cardiff, specialises in urban regeneration and commercial development, with a portfolio including major projects such as The Rise, Cardiff’s tallest building, and the former Howells department store. Swan heads the consultancy’s national marketing and business development operations. The promotions reflect the firm’s growth in central management functions and its regional strength in South Wales and the South West.
Rebalance Earth – The UK-based natural capital investment manager has appointed Vijyanti Gorasia as head of structuring. Gorasia joins as the firm moves from proof of concept to active deployment of its first UK-focused institutional strategy, which targets nature-based investments such as flood risk reduction and biodiversity recovery. She will lead the structuring of funds and underlying investments to meet institutional governance and risk requirements. Gorasia joins from Federated Hermes, where she was an associate director in real estate fund management. Previously, she spent six years at Intu Properties, executing approximately £1.3bn of transactions, and began her career at KPMG.
Colliers — Ludovic Delaisse has been appointed chief executive officer of Colliers France, succeeding Antoine Derville, who transitions to the role of chairman. Delaisse has served as managing director since 2021, overseeing transactional and advisory service lines. With over 30 years of industry experience, he previously held senior roles at JLL and Cushman & Wakefield. In his new role, Delaisse will lead the firm’s French operations with a focus on integrating project, advisory, and transactional services and accelerating cross-border growth across the EMEA region.
Driftwood Capital — Carlos Rodriguez Jr has been promoted to chief executive officer of the hospitality-focused real estate investment firm. Rodriguez Jr, who co-founded Driftwood in 2015 and previously served as president and chief operating officer, succeeds Carlos Rodriguez Sr, who remains as executive chairman. Since its founding, the firm has scaled to approximately $3.5bn in assets under management and more than 80 hotels via its subsidiary, Driftwood Hospitality Management. Rodriguez Jr will lead the firm’s investment strategy and execution, focusing on scaling the vertically integrated platform and refining internal systems to support long-term growth.
Kliva — Amos Larinkoski has been appointed country manager for Finland, marking the SaaS property platform’s formal entry into the Finnish market. Larinkoski also joins the senior management team with a remit covering Nordic strategy and market positioning. He joins from Newsec, where he was most recently head of capital markets in Finland. Kliva, which provides CRM and data-driven business intelligence platforms for the real estate sector, is scaling its operations across the Nordics following growth in its home market of Sweden.
Buckingham Companies — Kaitlyn Furey has joined the firm as senior vice president and head of investor relations. Furey will lead private capital raising and oversee the firm’s institutional investor relationships across its real estate investment platform. She joins from Torchlight Investors, where she was a senior vice president in the investor relations group. Her 15-year career also includes roles at TPG Angelo Gordon and PwC, spanning investor relations, capital markets, and fund operations. In her new role, she will work directly with executive leadership on capital strategy as the firm expands its real estate offerings.
