Frasers Property — Tony Lombardo will join the Singapore-listed real estate group as group chief operating officer from 1 October 2026, where he will lead group investments and Frasers Property Capital to drive cross‑portfolio optimisation and disciplined capital deployment. Lombardo joins from Lendlease, where he serves as group chief executive officer and managing director, and previously held the role of chief executive officer Asia within the same firm. With nearly 30 years of international experience, he also spent several years at GE Capital and GE Corporate in senior strategy and M&A roles. In his new role, he will support Frasers Property‘s operating model, strengthening coordination across its major platforms in Australia and the UK, and enhancing platform scalability for long-term value creation.
Fiera Real Estate — Ben Coles has been appointed as chairman at the European real estate arm of Fiera Capital, succeeding founder Ray Palmer who transitions to a non-executive board role. Coles joins from Wrenbridge, where he served as CEO for 15 years, and previously held various leadership positions during his 22-year tenure at the firm. In his new role, he will support Fiera Real Estate‘s target of expanding its £2.7bn pan-European platform, broadening its geographic footprint, and deepening relationships with global capital partners across residential, logistics and debt strategies.
Boreal IM — Neehar Pattni has been promoted to principal at the pan-European industrial investment manager, where he will lead asset management analytics across the firm’s €2bn portfolio. Pattni joins from his previous role as vice president at Boreal IM, and previously held the role of associate at Blackstone. In his new role, he will support Boreal IM‘s target of driving sustainability-linked value enhancement and future-proofing assets through its joint venture with Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. William Preece has been promoted to principal at the logistics specialist, where he will oversee asset management for the firm’s 490,000sqm UK and German portfolio. Preece joins from his previous role as vice president at Boreal IM, and previously held the role of director at Canmoor. In his new role, he will support Boreal IM‘s target of expanding its footprint across leading European markets and generating long-term value through integrated in-house development and operational expertise. Corina Mihaila has been promoted to associate, finance at the investment firm, where she will support the firm’s financial management and reporting functions. Mihaila joins from her previous role as an analyst at Boreal IM, and previously held a finance position at Michelin. In her new role, she will support Boreal IM‘s target of capitalising upon the complexity of European markets through robust internal financial capabilities.
Ambrose — Dan Kmiecik has been promoted to senior development manager at the vertically integrated real estate investment manager, where he will lead projects within the firm’s build-to-suit operations. Kmiecik joins from his previous role as development manager at Ambrose, and previously held the role of project manager during his four-year tenure at the firm. In his new role, he will support Ambrose’s target of scaling its national build-to-suit platform and navigating evolving market dynamics for modern industrial and logistics real estate. Todd Justus has been promoted to senior development manager at the industrial real estate specialist, where he will drive growth and execution within the build-to-suit sector. Justus joins from his previous role as development manager at Ambrose, and previously held the role of project lead for national accounts. In his new role, he will support Ambrose‘s target of delivering high-quality capitalised structures and fee-based developments for national occupiers. David Dunbar has been promoted to market officer at the Indianapolis-based investment manager, where he will lead pipeline expansion and leasing execution across the greater Midwest. Dunbar joins from his previous role as an associate on the deployment team at Ambrose, and previously held the role of business development lead. With over 8 years of experience, he also spent two years at Ambrose, where he established a strong presence in the Denver and Midwest regions through strategic relationship building and leasing initiatives. In his new role, he will support Ambrose‘s target of strengthening its regional footprint and deepening its network of industrial occupiers and partners.
NAS Invest — Stephen Miles has been appointed as managing director, London, for the newly established NAS Invest UK, where he will lead the development of international capital partnerships with institutional investors. Miles joins from Schroders Capital, where he served as head of strategic capital partnerships, Europe, and previously held the role of executive director, EMEA capital markets at CBRE. With over 25 years of experience in European real estate capital markets and corporate finance, he also held senior leadership roles at JLL and BNP Paribas Real Estate. In his new role, he will support NAS Invest Group‘s target of scaling its €4.5bn platform and connecting global institutional capital with investment strategies across German real estate equity and debt.
JLL — Romain Juge has been appointed as director in the debt advisory team, where he will serve as the firm’s first dedicated team member in France to strengthen European debt advisory capabilities. Juge joins from Goldman Sachs, where he served as senior associate in real estate debt capital markets, and previously held the role of associate within the same division. In his new role, he will support JLL‘s target of expanding its pan-European debt and structured finance platform and providing integrated cross-border financing solutions for clients across the EMEA region.
