Sweden-based real estate manager Nyfosa has bought 43 properties located in several municipalities in Finland from Partners Group for €200m.

Partners Group said it has sold the majority of its Finnish holdings in the Sveafastigheter Fersen and Sveafastigheter Fersen II vehicles to Nyfosa.

The properties are located across multiple cities, including Turku, Jyväskylä and the Helsinki region.

The portfolio, which comprises 222,000sqm of predominantly office, retail and healthcare assets, has been managed by Brunswick Real Estate on behalf of Partners Group and its clients since 2015.

Stina Lindh Hök, CEO of Nyfosa, said: “This acquisition is a very good complement as we continue to build strong cash flows in Finland. The portfolio has stable rental levels with properties located in attractive regional cities and big-box retail areas.”

Hök said the diversified portfolio offers further development opportunities.

Annika Fridolf, fund manager at Fersen and partner at Brunswick Real Estate, said: “We are pleased to have completed a substantial exit in Finland. This represents a major milestone for the two Fersen structures and we want to thank everyone involved, not least our local assets management partners in Finland.”
