The Finnish arm of Sweden-based real estate manager Nyfosa has invested €75.9m to buy assets in two separate deals.

Nyfosa Finland has bought a 46,000sqm portfolio of six properties located in Jyväskylä and Lappeenranta, consisting mainly of offices. It has also bought a 21,000sqm mixed property in Kuopio.

Earlier this year, Nyfosa entered the Finnish market via a partnership with Brunswick Real Estate. The two firms teamed up to form the Finnish company with the aim of building up a SEK7bn (€690m) diversified property portfolio within five years.

Hanna Rauhala, partner and head of Finland at Brunswick Real Estate, said: “Our investment mandate with Nyfosa continues to grow in Finland. With these acquisitions, we are expanding our presence in Jyväskylä and broadening the portfolio further with attractive locations and good returns.

Rauhala said the partnership has now acquired SEK3.4bn worth of assets in Finland.
