Landmark Properties has partnered with Manulife Investment Management to develop and operate residential properties throughout the US.
Landmark said the build-to-core apartment partnership has already secured The Standard at Four Corners, an 890-bed project at the University of Connecticut as its first project. Located at 1717 Storrs Road,
Landmark Construction will serve as the general contractor for the duration of the project which is expected to be ready for occupancy in August 2025.
Wes Rogers, Landmark’s president and CEO, said The Standard at Four Corners development represents the “first investment in our new build-to-core venture with Manulife Investment Management”.
