Alma Property Partners and Rubik Properties have expanded their joint venture company focused on industrial and warehouse investments in Greater Copenhagen.
The partners said its joint venture company has acquired two “strategically located assets with strong value creation potential”. Following this transaction, the platform will comprise nine properties.
The newly acquired assets, located at Farverland 6 in Glostrup and Avedøreholmen 86A in Hvidovre, comprise in total approximately 16,500sqm of leasable space across a combined plot of 26,250sqm. Both properties are strategically situated in well-established business districts with excellent access to major transport routes and public infrastructure - making them highly attractive to tenants and well placed for long-term value creation.
Gustav Bachmann, investment professional at Alma Property Partners, said: “These acquisitions reinforce our strategy to scale within the industrial and warehouse segment in Greater Copenhagen. We see significant opportunities to create value, both by developing the existing assets and by expanding the platform in a market underpinned by strong fundamentals and robust demand.”
Mads-Emil Granzow, investment director at RUBIK Properties, said: “With the addition of Farverland 6 and Avedøreholmen 86A, we continue the focused development of a strong and well-located portfolio. The properties align with our investment strategy and represent attractive opportunities for value creation. We are pleased that our strong collaboration with Alma Property Partners continues to bear fruit.”
