KGAL Investment Management has invested around €87m to buy a multi-tenant office building in Poland.
The asset manager said it has bought the Villa Office asset in Warsaw on behalf of a pan-European real estate fund.
The office asset, situated on a former brewery site located at Ul Grzybowska was completed last year.
The Villa Office comprises a total of around 16,700sqm of office and restaurant space spread over 14 floors. The majority is already leased.
André Zücker, KGAL Investment Management real estate managing director, said: “Villa Office impresses with its urban location and its high standards of architecture, sustainability and quality of stay.
“In particular the different facilities available on the former brewery site make the location highly attractive.”
