Real estate ESG data firm Deepki has acquired sustainability consultancy Evora Global and its energy data collection subsidiary Metry to combine automated data collection with advisory services on its platform.

The transaction, which marks Deepki’s fifth acquisition, expands the firm’s presence across Europe, the UK and the US, while integrating Metry’s automated energy data infrastructure in the Nordics.

Financial details were undisclosed.
