An Italian logistics real estate fund managed by DeA Capital Real Estate has added four properties worth €268m to its portfolio.
DeA said the Logita Fund has bought the properties located in Castel S Giovanni, Bentivoglio and Colleferro from Segro-Vailog.
The manager said following this latest acquisition, the Logita Fund now holds €1bn worth of assets, making it the largest fund in Italy dedicated to logistics.
The fund holds thirty fully-leased properties which generate annual rents of over €57m.
