Nordic real estate firm Corem is selling a vacant office in Denmark for SEK106m (€9m).

The Nasdaq Stockholm-listed company has agreed to sell 1 kh Rudegård Ny Holte located in north of central Copenhagen to an unnamed buyer.

Corem said the 5,300sqm is expected to be transferred to the new owner on 10 February.

Corem owns, manages and develops commercial properties in urban and growth areas.
