Colliers is strengthening its geographic presence, scale and service offerings by acquiring Pritchard Francis Consulting, a Western Australian engineering firm.

The global diversified professional services and investment management firm said Colliers Engineering & Design Australia is acquiring Pritchard Francis, with the senior leadership team remaining in place and becoming significant shareholders in Colliers Engineering.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Pritchard Francis, a civil and structural engineering firm founded in 1977, has a team of 125 professionals serving a diverse range of clients in transportation, property, land development, industrial, mining and resources and public infrastructure.
