Colliers has acquired a controlling interest in New Zealand-based project management and property advisory company Greenstone for an undisclosed sum.

Colliers said Greenstone’s senior leadership team will remain significant shareholders of the business which will rebrand as Colliers Project Leaders and integrate into Colliers’s New Zealand operations.

Founded in 2000, Greenstone offers project management and property advisory services to a diverse range of end-market clients including commercial and residential developers, as well as the government, education, and infrastructure sector operators. The company has four offices in New Zealand.
