US student housing group Campus Advantage has teamed up with Stark Enterprises to buy two student housing properties in Florida.
The duo have paid an undisclosed sum to buy the Campus View Place and Lyons Corner campus properties located a walking distance of the University of Florida campus.
Campus View Place is a 45-unit, 112-bed property and contains two- and three-bedroom apartment flats.
Lyons Corner is a 28-unit, 116-bed property and contains two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom townhome floor plans.
The latest collaboration is the third joint project between the companies.
