BentallGreenOak has bought a 45,500sqm logistics real estate project in Germany in a forward funding deal.

The real estate investment firm said the project, in Fürstenwalde, was acquired from a local developer.

The project is expected to be completed in the second quarter of next year.

Financial details were undisclosed.

The property is located close to the A12 motorway and is leased to a service provider of Goodyear Dunlop Germany.
