BentallGreenOak has expanded its European logistics portfolio with the acquisition of its first Polish asset.
The manager has invested an undisclosed amount to buy a logistics park in Gdansk from developer 7R.
The park holds two warehouses totalling 39,000sqm and a 10,000sqm warehouse currently under construction, with completion expected within the next 6 months.
BentallGreenOak said the latest deal is the 46th European logistics acquisition that the company has made in the last year.
The $62bn (€50.7bn) asset manager holds office, industrial, multi-residential, retail and hospitality real estate assets across the globe. Its $5bn European portfolio includes debt and equity, with strategies spanning from core to value-add and development.
