The Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) once again won Best Global Real Estate Investor at the IP Real Estate Global Awards 2014 in Munich.
The North American institution, which won the top prize last year in London, was also awarded Best Large Real Estate Investor and Best Direct Strategy.
Herman Aukamp, who last month retired as CIO and director of real estate at Nordrheinische Ärzteversorgung (NAEV) after 33 years, won the Platinum Award for Outstanding Industry Contribution.
Best Medium Real Estate Investor went to CERN Pension Fund, and Best Small Real Estate Investor went to APK Pensionskasse.
Redington won the award for Best Investment Consultancy.
