Niam acquires 41 Swedish properties for EUR 750mln
Niam, the Stockholm-based private equity property group, has acquired 41 properties in Sweden from real estate firm AF Fastigheter for EUR 750mln. Henderson spends EUR 20mln on Swedish retail property
Henderson Global Investors has acquired a retail warehouse near Sundsvall in northern Sweden for about EUR 20mln. The site in Birsta covers 30,000 m2, including 9,387 m[sup]2[/sup] of retail warehousing and 300 car park spaces.
