CLS issues EUR 63m bond
CLS Holdings has announced plans to issue a sterling-denominated 5.50% bonds due in December 2019. The bond issue will be for no less than £50 mln (EUR 63 mln) in aggregate principal amount. It will run from August 22 until September 4, 2012, the company said in a statement.
