Nordic asset manager Saxo Properties has acquired three retail properties in the Danish capital Copenhagen. The assets were purchased for DKK 430 mln (EUR 58 mln) on behalf of Cubic Property Fund.

Nordic asset manager Saxo Properties has acquired three retail properties in the Danish capital Copenhagen. The assets were purchased for DKK 430 mln (EUR 58 mln) on behalf of Cubic Property Fund.

All are located in Copenhagen's prestigious Strøget shopping street. The properties are Amagertorv 2 with Louis Vuitton as tenant; Købmagergade 22 with Synoptik and Matas as tenants; Østergade 33-35 with Cos and the Body Shop as tenants.

Saxo Properties previously acquired Købmagergade 24 for Cubic.

Cubic is a £150 mln (EUR 190 mln) fund that is listed on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange.
