UBS Global Asset ManagementPaul Marcuse, head of the global real estate business, is to leave UBS. Thomas Wels, COO of the bank's fund management division, will take over his role at the beginning of December. Wels joined the firm in 2005 and its executive committee in 2007.

DTZ Investment ManagementStuart Beevor, former head of property fund management at Legal & General, and Malcolm Naish, former global head of property at SWIP, have joined the board of non-executive directors. Fund managers Tony Gibb, Jennifer Lincare and Peter Lowe have been promoted as directors, while Charlotte Barton and Alex Hoare have been promoted to senior surveyor positions. Mark Sealey and Elliot Herbertson have joined from BNP Paribas as associate directors. Karen Duggal has joined from Allied Irish Bank as fund analyst. Melissa Humayun has joined the client accounts team from State Street. Michelle Bedwin has joined as compliance officer from BNP Asset Management.

Cordea SavillsReynold Chan has been appointed business development director for Asia to lead new initiatives with investors in the region. Chan, based in Hong Kong, will report to CEO Justin O'Connor. He joins from the Hong Kong office of Calista Consultants.

PrupimKatsuhiro Ishikawa joins from Mori Building and has been appointed managing director to lead the real estate investment manager's business in Japan, overseeing investment activity and relationships with Japanese investors. James MacKinnon joins from AIG Global Real Estate Asia and has been appointed head of asset management for Singapore. He will oversee the asset management of assets in the Asia-Pacific region.
