F&C REIT Asset Management has opened an office in Paris.
The UK company said it recruited Ian Kelley as fund director for Europe and head of France.
Kelley, who joined last week, was previously at CBRE Global Investors.
He has also held roles at Unibail-Rodamco and Bouygues Immobilier.
F&C, which runs pan-European core and core-plus funds for institutional clients and value-add club deals for private wealth clients, said the new Paris office would support teams in the UK, Germany and Ireland.
