GLOBAL - Pramerica Real Estate Investors, TIAA-CREF, Land Securities, AXA Real Estate, LaSalle Investment Management, Internos Real Investors, Grosvenor Fund Management, Savills, ING Real Estate Finance, PointPark Properties

Pramerica Real Estate Investors - The company has made several changes to its leadership team. Global COO Dale Taysom has announced his intention to retire at the end of 2012. Eric Adler will succeed him and work with him throughout the year to transition into the role while retaining his current role as head of the European business. Dave Bradford has been named head of global client service. Roger Pratt and Broderick Storie will work together to manage Bradford's previous responsibilities as chief risk and investment officer. Kevin Smith, who most recently served as senior portfolio manager of PRISA, will become head of the US business. Cathy Marcus succeeds Smith as senior portfolio manager of the core strategy. Terry McHugh has been appointed senior portfolio manager to replace Pratt and lead PRISA II.

TIAA-CREFScott Evans, president of asset management, has decided to step down after 27 years at the company. A spokesman at TIAA-CREF said Evans would continue in his position to ensure a smooth transition while the company looked for his replacement, both internally and externally. No date for his departure has been given.

Land Securities - Francis Salway has decided to stand down as chief executive at the end of the financial year on 31 March and leave the business. He joined Land Securities in 2000 and became chief executive in 2004. He will be succeeded by Robert Noel, currently managing director of the London portfolio. Noel joined Land Securities in 2010 from Great Portland Estates, where he was property director.

AXA Real Estate - Deborah Shire has been appointed global head of business development, a new position carrying responsibility for corporate finance, investor relations, marketing and communication and business development. Shire joins from her position as deputy head of structured finance at AXA Investment Managers, where she has worked since 1998.

LaSalle Investment Management - Jon Zehner has been appointed to the newly created role of head of global capital markets, starting in March. He joins from AREA Property Partners, where he was a senior director. Before then, he worked for 28 years at JP Morgan Chase & Co, where he held a number of senior positions, including global head of real estate investment banking and head of sub-Saharan Africa.

Internos Real Investors - Kaupthing has appointed the real estate fund management business as investment manager of Celsius European Holdings SARL. Internos has hired the entire Invista real estate investment management Paris team and appointed Guillaume Masset as head of its French business. Internos also hired Mohamed Zein from DTZ as portfolio manager when it opened the Paris office towards the end of last year.

Grosvenor Fund Management - The company has reinforced its presence in the Swedish market with the opening of an office in Stockholm. Anneli Jansson and Fredrik Massing are its latest recruits to the team. Jansson joins from KF Fastigheter, one of Sweden's largest retail groups, while Massing has seven years' commercial real estate experience.

Savills - Marc Pilgrim has joined the retail team in Düsseldorf as a senior consultant. He joins from BNP Paribas Real Estate, where he was a consultant in the retail services team. Before then, he worked for Brockhoff & Partner in Essen, where he was responsible for retail lettings in the Rheinland region.

ING Real Estate Finance - Jan-Evert Post has been appointed to the management team, where he will be responsible for the ING REF businesses in Germany, Central and Eastern Europe, Asia and Australia. He joined the company in 2008. Arie Hubers will succeed him as head of corporate clients in the Netherlands.

PointPark Properties - Mike Forster has been appointed managing director of P3 United Kingdom. A former director of Burford Group and Valad Property Group, Forster has more than 25 years' experience in the industrial development and investment.
