GLOBAL - CBRE Global Investors, Europa Capital, Cushman & Wakefield, Savills, Meyer Bergman, KPMG

CBRE Global Investors - Maurice Voskuilen has been appointed global CFO and chief administrative officer. He joins from ING REIM Europe, where he served as CFO and COO. Before then, he managed a team of real estate consultants at Deloitte. He will relocate to Los Angeles at the beginning of 2012, working on the global executive committee, as well as the global leadership team. Meanwhile, Dennis van Vugt has been appointed as CFO/COO for the EMEA division, also joining from ING REIM Europe, while Giles King has been appointed as head of investor services for the same unit, joining from CB Richard Ellis Investors. Lastly, Jean Lamothe has been appointed country manager for the UK.

Europa Capital - Tim Turnbull has joined the management team with responsibility to expand Europa's fund relationships. He joins from Hermes Real Estate, where he was chief investment officer. Turnbull joined Hermes in 2005 and was also a director of two operating businesses - MEPC and Argent - and member of Brockton Capital Fund 1 investment committee. Before then, he was at Aberdeen Property Investors, where he was responsible for Barclays Life and subsequently ADIA's UK real estate portfolios.

Cushman & Wakefield - Neil McLocklin has joined as partner and head of C&W's EMEA Business Consulting group, based in London. He joins from Capita Symonds, where he was director of consultancy and advisory services. Sophie Hodges joined the EMEA team from Ernst & Young earlier this year, while Elizaveta Shaforostova is to transfer from the Moscow office to work with the London team.

Savills - Johan Bernström has been appointed to head the Swedish investment team in Stockholm. He joins as a director from NEP Partners, where he was principal of business origination. Before then, he worked at Leimdörfer and Persen Skei and as an analyst for Jones Lang LaSalle and Aberdeen Property Investors.

Meyer Bergman - The European real estate investment management firm has appointed Tami Chuang as head of investor relations. She joins from DTZ Investment Management, where she held the position of associate director for four years. Before then, she worked as a senior consultant at Seifel Consulting, a real estate and urban economic adviser based in San Francisco.

KPMG - Alison Lambert has joined the real estate transaction services team as a director. She joins from KPMG's public sector group, where she advised clients on divestment and regeneration opportunities across a number of sectors including real estate.
