GLOBAL - Savills, ATP Real Estate Partners, European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles, Clarion Partners, Drivers Jonas Deloitte, Jones Lang LaSalle

Savills - Stephan Jung has been appointed head of retail agency operations across Germany. Jung, who has more than 20 years' experience in the property industry, joins from Knight Frank, where he was director of investment responsible for shopping centres and high street deals. He has also worked for DTZ, Commerz Grundbesitz Investmentgesellschaft, HSH Real Estate and LARUS Asset Management. 
 
ATP Real Estate Partners - Ville Raito has been appointed partner at ATP REP, where he has worked since 2007. Raito represents the Danish firm in the Pension Real Estate Association, where he is a member of the plan sponsor council executive committee and the research committee. Ville is also an active member in INREV, where he is a member of the fees committee.

European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles (INREV) - The association has strengthened its public affairs team with two new appointments. Andreas Guth has joined as public affairs manager, while Claudia Kapp has joined as research manager. Guth joins from global public affairs consultancy Weber Shandwick in Brussels, while Kapp worked for the General Secretariat for the Andean Community.

Clarion Partners - Hugh Macdonnell has joined the New York-based firm as managing director and global head of client capital management. He was previously a managing director at Morgan Stanley and global head of investor relations for Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing. Fourteen of Macdonnell's 18 years' experience in the real estate industry have been with Morgan Stanley.

Drivers Jonas Deloitte - Richard Owen has joined as a managing partner, taking over from Nick Shepherd, who will return to a "client-facing role". Owen, who has more than 25 years' industry experience, joined Drivers Jonas in 1988 from the Valuation Office. He will start in his new position on 1 January 2012.

Jones Lang LaSalle - Tom Bayne-Jardine is to succeed Bill Monk as lead director of the Corporate Solutions UK business group. Monk will assume the role of chairman, supporting Bayne-Jardine, and continue to lead key client relationships, JLL said.
