UK-listed Regional REIT is investing £129m (€153m) in a mixed-use real estate portfolio.
The portfolio of 31 assets includes office and industrial properties let to 115 tenants.
It was sold by Conygar Investment Company, another listed property company.
Around 60% of the portfolio is offices, 21% retail and retail warehousing, 12% industrial and 7% leisure.
All of the 1.28m sqft portfolio is outside London’s M25 peripheral motorway, and 20% in Scotland.
Occupancy of the portfolio in September last year was 82.9%.
Regional REIT said the portfolio offers asset management potential.
Purchase of the portfolio is due to be completed next month.
Stephen Inglis, group property director and chief investment officer of London & Scottish Investments, the asset manager of Regional REIT, said: “This is a quality investment portfolio secured ’off market’, offering substantial asset management opportunities and income growth potential.”
