An investor from the United Arab Emirates is seeking a manager for a $10m (€8.8m) North American real estate mandate, using IPE-Quest.
The unnamed investor said it was open to all styles of investing, and said it was open to managers across all core, core-plus, value-add and opportunistic funds and is looking for exposure to closed-ended pooled funds.
Interested managers should have a minimum five-year track record investing in North American real estate, and manage at least $250m in strategies focused on the region – as well as a total of $1bn in assets across the company.
Managers have until 5 September to apply, stating performance to the end of July, net of fees.
