Tristan Capital Partners has bought a UK retail park portfolio from Brockton Capital.
The investment manager said it has paid £245m (€281m) for the nine assets, bought for its core-plus Curzon Capital Partners IV fund.
The 1.2m sqft portfolio is 97% occupied, with an average lease length of eight years.
Peter Mather, managing director of investments at Tristan Capital Partners, said: “We are seeing a big disconnect between the relatively strong occupational market and subdued real estate capital market for retail assets in the UK.
“This portfolio allows us to capitalise on this trend.“
Mather said there are a number of planned asset management initiatives to add value to the portfolio.
Savills Investment Management will to continue managing the properties.
