BNP Paribas Real Estate - Lucie Bordelas Cherneau has joined as head of international strategic investments for the investment management business. She will be in charge of raising funds in Asia and Middle East. Bordelas Cherneau joins from Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking.
Corio - Francine Zijlstra has resigned as COO from 1 December 2012. A search for a successor has started. In the interim, Zijlstra's responsibilities will be taken over by CEO Gerard Groener and CDO Frederic Fontaine.
Cushman & Wakefield - Sebastian Kohlhoff has joined the Hamburg retail team, having left Jones Lang LaSalle where he was retail leasing consultant in the same city.
Knight Frank - Alistair Elliott, a senior partner since 2004, has been appointed group chairman, a position he will assume in April 2013 when Nick Thomlinson retires.
Knight Frank Investors - Ollie Abram has joined from Jones Lang LaSalle as an asset manager to look after acquisition, disposal and asset management on two retained client accounts.
Orchard Street Investment Management - Matthew Littler and Andrew Thomas have joined as asset managers. Littler was formerly a senior asset manager at AXA Real Estate and Thomas was a senior investment manager at Cushman & Wakefield Investors.
Patrizia - New subsidiary Patrizia Nordics has been established in Denmark. Rikke Lykke has been appointed managing director and will be responsible for all of Patrizia's activities in the Nordic markets.
UBS Global Asset Management - Howard Meaney has taken over from Justin Brown as the portfolio manager of the UBS Triton Property Fund, a £795m balanced UK property fund. Meaney joins from LV= Asset Management where he was responsible for managing five UK funds.
