GLOBAL - RiverBridge Capital Partners, Alvarez & Marsal, ASB Real Estate Investment, CBRE, CeGeReal, Cushman & Wakefield, UBS Global Asset Management

RiverBridge Capital Partners - Anthony Biddulph and Nick Ridgewell have established RiverBridge, a property private equity advisory - with both leaving their positions at Spearhead Capital Partners to launch the company. Biddulph was European and Middle Eastern representative for Spearhead and previously worked at AMB and BlackRock, while Ridgewell was chief operating officer in his previous position and has worked at Aviva.

Alvarez & Marsal - Matthew Hill joins as managing director and head of European real estate advisory services. Hill started his career at King Sturge, working at Arthur Andersen and AlixPartners over the course of his career.

ASB Real Estate Investment - Andrew Dietz has joined as managing director and group co-head for marketing and client services. Dietz, who will join the management committee, has previously worked at Keefe, Bruyette and Woods, as well as Eastdil Secured. Meanwhile, Mandi Wedin has moved to the sales and marketing department, having previously been vice-president in the capital investments group.

CBRE Global Investors - Felicity Holbrook has been named senior associate for investor services, focusing on raising UK equity for the firm's investment programmes. Joining from Rockspring, Holbrook has also worked at Cushman and Wakefield.

CeGeReal - Raphaël Tréguier has been promoted to chief executive, having previously served as deputy managing director responsible for corporate affairs. Tréguier, who replaced outgoing chief executive Bardo Magel, will be succeeded as managing director by Carl-Christian Siegel, who joined the company four years ago and will combine his new responsibilities with those as head of real estate markets for Southern Europe at Commerz Real.

Cushman & Wakefield - From the end of the month, Sharon French will join as partner within the London markets team. French has spent most of her career at CBRE, where she oversaw the group's central London team. Meanwhile, Alan Munson and Chris Browe will lead a new UK building services team for the company, with both joining from engineering consultancy Meinhardt UK.

UBS Global Asset Management - Patrick Jenvrin has been named head of global real estate in France, moving from London to the company's Paris base. Despite the promotion, Jenvrin will retain his role as senior portfolio manager at the UBS Euro Value Added Real Estate fund.
