Abu Dhabi Investment Authority - Pascal Duhamel has joined ADIA has head of European real estate investments, reporting to global head of real estate Bill Schwab. Duhamel left Carrefour as head of property last November.
Mercer - Infrastructure specialist Toby Buscombe has been hired as a principal in the consultancy's alternatives boutique. Buscombe will be responsible for investment advisory services in infrastructure and private equity. He joins from Australia-based consulting and asset management boutique Access Capital Advisers. Before then, he served as an economist with the New Zealand Department of Labour.
Storebrand Fastigheter - Maria Loft will assume the role of head of real estate investments in April 2012, taking over from Tomas Svensson who left in October 2011 to join Swedish national pension fund AP1. Loft has spent 13 years at SEB where she managed the real estate portfolio of SEB's life company, SEB Gamla Trygg Liv.
CBRE - Michael Atwell has joined as head of capital markets for central and eastern Europe (CEE). Atwell spent nine years in Hungary and Poland at Cushman & Wakefield, becoming head of capital markets for CEE there. More recently he worked for Cushman & Wakefield's Middle East operations in Dubai and Bahrain.
Knight Frank - Two directors have joined the office leasing team in Shanghai. Benny Yang has been appointed national director and head of commercial services. Peter Zhang will oversee the office agency team as a director.
Niam - Hans Lisserkers has joined as head of project development. He has worked for listed company Skanska for the past 13 years, most recently as business development director with responsibility for new real estate projects in Sweden.
Collineo Corporate Finance - Frank Rackensperger has joined the real estate team as a senior associate. He previously worked at Feri Finance and Silvia Quandt & Cie.
Pradera - Carl Minter has been appointed asset manager of a number of Pradera 's retail parks in the UK. He previously worked in a similar role for London & Capital Asset Management, and before that for Drivers Jonas Deloitte.
Savills - Jan Stemshorn has joined the new Cologne office as an associate director in the industrial agency team. He moves from BNP Paribas Real Estate where he spent five years, most recently as a senior consultant in industrial services.
OFI Infravia - Bruno Candès has joined the infrastructure asset manager as investment director. He previously worked as senior investment director at Fiera Axium Infrastructure, which he co-founded. Vincent Ménager and Romain Dechelette have been appointed investment managers. Ménager joins from Natixis, and Dechelette joins from ETDE, a division of Bouygues Construction.
