BNP Paribas Real Estate
- BT's former head of global real estate, Mark Cotterll, is joining to help expand the firm's UK client solutions team. He will take the position of head of international account management. Florencia Orbea has also been appointed as client solutions analyst.

Cushman & Wakefield - Markus Reinert has been appointed a partner and head of property management and investor services for the EMEA region. He will join in July after 22 years at Jones Lang LaSalle in Germany where he was a member of the board. Roger Young, Nick Suter, Jason Sharman, Piers Saunders and Struan Robertson have all joined the UK valuation and advisory team. Young joins as a partner from GL Hearn; Suter joins as an associate, also from GL Hearn; Sharman joins as an associate from DJ Deloitte; Saunders joins as a qualified surveyor from niche firm Anderson Wilde & Harris; Robertson joins from Strutt & Parker as a qualified surveyor.

Franklin Templeton Investments - The asset manager has made three hires to its private real estate businesses. Luke Anderson, vice-president, covers the Americas and reports to Marc Weidner, managing director. Simon Seen Fun Mok, investment manager, covers the Asia Pacific region and reports to Glenn Uren, managing director. Toby Hayes, investment manager, covers Europe and reports to Raymond Jacobs, managing director. All three will be responsible for sourcing, underwriting and monitoring private equity real estate investments in their respective regions.

Jones Lang LaSalle
- Alan Robertson, managing director for Turkey since 2008, is to become chief executive for the Middle East and North Africa region (MENA). Thierry Loué, who as chief executive of the MENA business since 2006, is to take up the MENA chairman role. Avi Alkas, chairman of Jones Lang LaSalle Turkey, is to expand his leadership responsibilities to combine his existing chairman position with the country management role, becoming executive chairman for Turkey. Manuel Puig, who has led JLL's Portuguese business since 2005, is to transfer to the Americas region to become head of the retail business for JLL Brazil. Puig will be succeeded as managing director of JLL Portugal by Pedro Lancastre.

The Crown Estate - Katie Rae and Charles Copper have been hired as asset managers. Rae joins the regional portfolio team from Invesco Real Estate. Copper joins the residential team from Grosvenor.
