RREEF - Paul Vosper has joined Deutsche Bank Asset Management's real estate business as head of client relations for the EMEA region, from AllianceBernstein, where he held a similar position for the same region. Prior to this, he was global real estate COO and international head of sales distribution and marketing for Morgan Stanley's Alternative Investment Partners.
TAN-EU Capital - James Buckley, former head of Asia property multi-manager at Schroders, has joined as executive director. He will be responsible for investments and leading capital raising initiatives at the Asian real estate fund manager.
Cushman & Wakefield - David Izett, formerly chief executive of Colliers International, is to join as partner in a UK business development and client management role.
Behringer Harvard - Kymberlyn Janney has been appointed chief financial officer and chief accounting officer for Behringer Harvard Opportunity REIT I and Behringer Harvard Opportunity REIT II. Janney has served as the senior vice president for financial administration on both vehicles since July 2010.
Segro - Ian Sutcliffe, managing director of the UK business of the industrial real estate investment trust (REIT) will leave the firm at the end of April.
British Land - Clare Juniper and Lauren Smith have joined the retail asset management team and will report directly to head of retail assets Ben Grose. Juniper, who becomes asset manager for Meadowhall, was previously at Schroders and Lend Lease. Smith, who takes charge of the newly acquired Drake Circus centre in Plymouth, joins from Grosvenor.
ECE - The Hamburg-based real estate project developer has appointed Bärbel Schomberg to its sustainability advisory board. ECE is Germany's first real estate company to set up an advisory committee staffed with external and independent sustainability experts. Prior to setting up her consultancy firm Schomberg & Co., Schomberg served in senior positions in the real estate and financial industry for nearly 30 years.
Jones Lang LaSalle - Hugo Bague and Martin Nesbitt have been appointed as independent, non-executive members of JLL's board of directors. Bague and Nesbitt will both serve on the board's nominating and governance committee. In addition, Bague will join the board's compensation committee and Nesbitt will join the board's audit committee.
Niosi/Roseworth Capital Partners - New York-based real estate executive Anthony Niosi has entered into a joint venture with Roseworth Capital to set up a new investment firm.
