GLOBAL - Bouwfonds Real Estate Investment Management, Patrizia Immobilien, Savills, Knight Frank Investors

Bouwfonds Real Estate Investment Management - Roman Menzel has joined the company's team in Germany as head of private clients. He will primarily be responsible for the closed-end real estate fund business, with a focus on residential and office real estate. Menzel spent more than six years working for Deutsche Bank Real Estate in Frankfurt before spending a number of years as head of sales and authorised representative of the Hamburg issuing house Wölbern Invest.

Patrizia Immobilien - Cornelius Hell, previously general manager, has been promoted to managing director following Wolfgang Lange's retirement. Hell, who has been with the company since its inception in 2007, was previously in charge of the fund accounting department and has experience investing in both open and closed funds. He will share responsibility for company management with Michael Vogt, spokesman of the board.

Savills - David Dintilhac has joined the property management team in Paris as a director. He worked previously as an asset manager in retail real estate at LaSalle Investment Management.

Knight Frank Investors - Deborah Watt has been appointed as partner in charge of business development. Watt was previously a partner of European valuations at Knight Frank, and before that was the fund manager of Grosvenor's Central London Offices Fund.
