GLOBAL - Norges Bank Investment Management, Legal & General Property, Invista Real Estate Investment Management, CB Richard Ellis Investors, Redevco

Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM) - Mark Burton and Andrew Strang have joined the real estate advisory board of NBIM as external members. They will offer expertise to NBIM, which will manage the Norway Government Pension Fund Global's new 5% real estate allocation. Burton has also joined the investment committee of Internos Real Investors following 10 years as chief investment officer of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority. Strang, a former Threadneedle Property managing director, recently advised Hermes Real Estate in restructuring its in-house property team.

Legal & General Property (LGP) - Will Edwards has joined as fund manager for LGP's Linked Pensions Property Fund, while Greg Westover has joined as asset manager for its Linked Life Fund. Edwards joins from DTZ Investment Manager, where he was responsible for managing UK-focused commercial property portfolios on behalf of pension funds. Westover arrives from Ballymore, where he was a commercial asset manager.

Invista Real Estate Investment Management - Tom Gamble and George Dickens have joined the listed real estate fund manager's industrial team as director and associate director, respectively. Gamble joins from RREEF, where he held the position of associate, responsible for acquisitions, disposals and asset management on behalf of a wide range of funds. Dickens has joined from Kier Property, where he spent five years in the role of development manager.

CB Richard Ellis Investors (CBRE) - Brian Prinn will serve as an independent investment committee member for the US separate account programmes and the strategic partners' US fund series at CBRE Investors. He will be responsible for providing an objective third-party perspective as he assists in evaluating major investment decisions for these investment programmes. Prinn is currently the chairman and chief executive of Skye, which is engaged in real estate and private equity investing.

Redevco - Clemens Brenninkmeijer has been appointed country manager for the Netherlands by the European retail specialist. He is currently country manager for Turkey and will assume his new role on 1 October.
