GLOBAL - Morgan Stanley AIP, Allianz Suisse Immobilien, Grainger, Hearthstone, Colliers International, Forum Securities, Cushman & Wakefield, Estavis, Redevco

Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners - Paul Vosper is leaving his position as head of client relations at RREEF to join the firm. The move follows the departure of Joseph Stecher, head of Morgan Stanley AIP's real estate fund of funds business, who will be succeeded jointly by Vosper and David Boyle, executive director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management.

Allianz Suisse Immobilien - Alexander Gebauer is the new chief executive, replacing Stefan Brendgen, who is moving to the company's supervisory board. Gebauer has chief operating officer of Allianz Real Estate since 2009 and will continue to perform this role.

Almanac Realty Investors - Henry Harms has been named chief financial officer at the New York-based firm. He joins from Lazard Real Estate Partners.

Grainger - Laure Duhot has joined as director of strategic capital markets. She was most recently head of equity raising for Pradera.

Hearthstone - Lucy Hawkins has been appointed assistant fund manager to director David Gibbins. Hawkins joins the newly launched residential fund management business Caraeno (formerly Mirvac).

Colliers International - Graeme Foreman has joined as head of project management after spending six years as head of West End project management for King Sturge, which was recently taken over by Jones Lang LaSalle. Luke Dawson has been appointed managing director in Serbia, replacing Maja Sahbaz. Dawson was previously regional director of operations for Colliers in eastern Europe.

Forum Securities - Douglas Funke has joined the Forum Partners affiliate as portfolio manager in the US. Previously he advised real estate investors at BeachStreet Capital.

Cushman & Wakefield - Jens Böhnlein is to take over the project management department in Germany as an associate. He joins from Jones Lang LaSalle where he was a principal project manager.

Estavis - Jacopo Mingazzini, founder and managing director at Accentro, has joined the executive board at Estavis.

Redevco - Christopher Sodl has been appointed portfolio manager for Redevco Switzerland. He has worked at Redevco since 2007, most recently in portfolio management for Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia.
