Singapore-listed property company Ho Bee Land has bought two properties in London.

The firm said it has bought two offices in the UK capital, investing £189.8m (€267.6m).

A 98,000 sqft office at 39 Victoria Street in Westminster was bought for £144m, while a Mayfair office, at 110 Park Street, was bought for £45.8m.

The former is let to the UK government on a long lease and includes retail space. It was sold by British Land at a 4.1% net yield.

The 28,000 sqft Mayfair property was sold by Aberdeen Asset Management at a 4.5% yield.

Ho Bee chairman and chief executive, Chua Thian Poh, said the firm has invested £550m in London since 2013.

Other buildings in its portfolio include 1 St Martin’s Le Grand, Rose Court and 60 St Martin’s Lane. Ho Bee also has property investments and developments in Australia and China.
