Signal Capital Partners, a London-based private asset management firm founded in 2015, has raised €725m for two funds targeting credit and real estate special situations.
The firm said it has now deployed over €450m across 15 investments since September 2015.
The capital was raised from endowments, foundations, pension funds, insurance companies and large family offices in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia.
The real estate opportunities fund will target private lending opportunities, acquisition of debt portfolios and equity special situations.
The private investment funds target deals of between €25m and €75m within Europe.
