People moves: Broussou to head AEW's institutional asset management in France

AEW – Arnaud Broussou will become head of institutional asset management in France. Broussou will be based in Paris and will report to Raphaël Brault, the head of the institutional division in France. Broussou joined AEW in 2011 as an office asset manager before being appointed as a fund manager of separate account mandates for two of AEW’s major French institutional investors in 2014. Prior to joining AEW, Broussou spent eight years at CBRE Global Investors as an asset and fund manager for the French residential and hotel sectors, before being promoted to managing director of the German platform.
Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate – Reinoud Plantenga is joining the real estate investment manager as a managing director of the group’s investments unit in the Benelux countries. Plantenga has over 17 years’ experience in real estate, particularly in commercial transactions, asset management and consulting, and has held advisory and executive positions at Apleona (formerly Bilfinger), Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield and Triuva.
LGIM Real Assets – Lorna Brown joins as head of real estate debt EMEA. Reporting to head of private credit, Nicholas Bamber, Brown brings 20 years’ experience working in the real estate industry. She most recently worked at Blackstone Real Estate as managing director. For LGIM Real Assets, Brown will develop existing real estate debt business and expand its scope for internal and external clients leveraging the strengths of the firm’s wider real assets franchise.
Franklin Templeton Investments – Woon Pin Chong joins as managing director at Franklin Real Asset Advisors, responsible for the Asia-Pacific region. Woon will lead FRAA’s Asia-Pacific investment team in research, analysis and transactions of private real estate investment opportunities in the region. Woon joined the firm in September 2017. Based in Singapore, Woon brings over two decades of experience and expertise in the real estate industry. His senior leadership roles prior to joining Franklin Templeton include managing director at Savant Global Capital.
