A Middle Eastern government pension fund is seeking real estate fund managers that specialise in healthcare sectors via IPE Quest Innovation.

According to search code IN-2412, the pension fund is researching ways of gaining exposure to healthcare providers, senior living assets, assisted living-long term care and medical facilities.

The investor is looking to target the US or developed European markets, including the UK.

There is a preference to invest in existing open-ended funds, or closed-ended funds currently open to new investors.

The pension fund will also consider fund managers capable of launching a new fund along with a few other leading institutional investors.

The ticket size of the investment is yet to be determined.

Interested parties need to submit their response online to IPE Quest by 28 February, 5pm UK time.
