SWITZERLAND - A search has been launched for an investment manager tolook after a €10m European real estate mandate, using IPE Quest.
Detailsof QN881 reveal a Swiss investment consultant is looking for a Europeanreal estate manager able to outperform the benchmark by at least 150basis points annually net of fees, through active stockpicking andcountry allocation, and either through a listed mutual fund or pooled offering.
Assets will be benchmarked to the EPRA index in euros,and the consultant says interested parties must have a track record anda significant specialisation in this market, with at least five-yearsperformance stated to September 30, 2007.
Maximum cash limit is 20% on the portfolio while use of derivatives is also not allowed.
Deadline for submissions through IPE-Quest is December 20.
